Liberty DeLeon

Liberty DeLeon is the CEO and Founder of Pegasus Enterprise Holdings, LLC.

He is a proud veteran with 20 years of Supply Chain management experience. His background includes 10 years of military service as a Naval Supply Corps Officer, complimented by 10 years of commercial experience in various leadership roles, with different companies, across various industries including: power generation, material handling, automotive, oil & gas, marine, mining, construction, telecommunications, technology, health care, and government/military contracting.  His knowledge, skills, and experience represents a diversified portfolio in the areas of procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, inventory management, inventory control, information technology, lean Toyota Production System (TPS), business intelligence, data analysis, quality management, warehouse management, and program management.

He possesses a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the State of New York and a Master of Industrial Distribution degree from Texas A&M University Dwight Look College of Engineering.  Mr. DeLeon is a proud father and husband and resides in Houston, Texas.

Director of Marketing

Yuliya DeLeon is the Director of Marketing & Retail Operations at Pegasus Enterprise Holdings, LLC.  She has a wide range of procurement, contracting, and sourcing experience across multiple industries including oil & gas, power generation, industrial vehicle, technology, office supplies, and industrial supplies/MRO.  Her experience in supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, and customer service management, make her an essential contributing member of the executive team.  Her education includes undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Business Administration.

Procurement Manager

Mike Guy is the Procurement Manager at Pegasus Enterprise Holdings, LLC.  He is a proud veteran who served our country in the Navy as an award winning Aviation Maintenance Administrator (AZ).  His background includes initiating and managing technical directives, management of product life-cycle maintenance and sustainability programs, aviation inspection, program budget management, operational reporting, enterprise system planning, and database management.  His duties are cross-functional and include enterprise training management, data analysis, quality management system administration, and earned value management.  His experience in customer service management, supply chain, and inventory management as well as his application of this tacit knowledge, is a key factor in our organization’s success and continuous organizational excellence focus.  His education includes course work within a Bachelor of Business program tracking to complete an MBA (international business) program.
